Refund Policy

Deposits processed through our payment partners (Stripe, Cryptomus, Woovi/PIX) are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances described below.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Incorrectly charged amount
  • Failure to deliver skins after payment confirmation (subject to investigation)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support providing:

  • Deposit or transaction ID
  • Proof of payment
  • Detailed description of the issue

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the same original payment method within an additional 10 business days.

5. Wallet Balance

Available balance in the NTSkins wallet can be used for marketplace purchases. Refunds of balance to external payment methods may be subject to processing fees.
